It looks like it to me ...... I suspected it when I watched the BET soul train awards when he was doing all that jumping around like he was crazy but this just confirmed it for me! This pic is from the blast from past concert this weekend in ATL ... it was said that he was doing alot of tongue licking and gyrations.... Thats Disgusting!!!
